Sterling Condie is a farmer and landowner in Smiths Falls, Ontario. He told us that he enjoyed working with Clearly Solar, and was happy to report that he encountered no problems in the implementation of his solar system.
 

Mr. Condie has been thrilled with the system itself. He said, “The installation was smooth, and the staff were competent, reliable, and friendly. What was expected was delivered – and then some!”
 

Mr. Condie’s returns are well within expected margins. In November of 2012 his system will be 2 years old, and will exceed 30,000 kWh of generated energy by that time.
 

Mr. Condie had these final words to add: “I’d recommend these guys to anybody. I’m happy with Clearly Solar, I’m happy with the way my system is producing. What more can I say?”

Monsieur Joinette owns and operates Karters Korner, near Stittsville, Ontario. He had “not a single negative thing to say” about working with Clearly Solar and his solar system.


“It was great to work with them,” M. Joinette told us. “I couldn’t have asked for a more cooperative company.”

 


M. Joinette’s system came online in November 2010. His revenue-generation expectations “were met, and exceeded”, and he loves that the system is “maintenance-free”. In all, he said, he considers it to be “a perfect investment”.
 

“When it comes to solar, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. The company is honest, hardworking, and they’d bend over backwards to make sure the customer gets what they paid for.“

Mr. Brown is the general manager at Lafarge Construction Materials in Ottawa, and a veteran in the business world. He and his wife were interested in solar but “leery” about dealing with government contracts and agencies. The Browns found Clearly Solar in their phone book and were thrilled that “Clearly Solar took care of everything. They did all the applications and paperwork – we didn’t have to do a thing. It was absolutely painless.”


Since their system went online in November 2011, the Browns are experiencing returns that far exceed predictions. “If our returns stay on track,” Mr. Brown told us, “We’ll soon beat our forecast.”
 

He also added that the installation was “clean and quick, and the workers were courteous and efficient: the way contractors should always work. Clearly Solar takes responsibility and fixes every problem.”
 

Mr. Brown considers his Clearly Solar system a “carefree investment for the nest 20 years, with an ROI in 5”, which he says is “good business in anybody’s books.” He likens it to setting up an apartment building with a “triple-A tenant who needs no maintenance.” Mr. Brown owns six commercial and residential buildings and wishes he’d “put Clearly Solar on all six!”
